Shipping Delay Updates
Ikonart Stencil works hard to ensure a seamless delivery process, however occasionally we experience delays that are beyond our control. On the rare occasion that shipping is delayed we will ship all orders as soon as shipping resumes in the order they are received. Please see the map above for estimated delivery times after your order has shipped. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Shipping to the United States
We offer $8 flat rate UPS Ground shipping for all orders under $150 and free UPS Ground shipping for all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States (unless otherwise noted). Expedited shipping is available and cost will be calculated at the time of checkout based on weight and dimensions (see note below for more info). Note: Your order total must be $150 after all discounts have been applied in order to qualify for our free shipping offer.
Please see the map above for estimated transit times for UPS Ground. The shipping time frame is based on when the order is shipped. Please allow an additional 2-4 days for us to receive, enter and process your order. During busy times or holidays, it may take longer to process your order. We are open M-F 8am-4pm CST. Orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday will be entered into our system the following Monday.
We do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout based on weight and dimensions.
We offer overnight shipping and 2-day shipping through UPS for a charge. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and dimensions at the time of checkout. Please note that the shipping time frame is based on when the order is shipped. We are open M-F 9am-5pm CST. We do our best to ship all expedited orders that are received before 3pm CST the same day they are placed (some exceptions may apply). Orders for expedited shipping that are placed after 3pm CST on Friday will be entered into our system and ship the following Monday (some exceptions may apply).
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. The tracking information email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org and the subject line will include "SAC Shipment Confirmation" Check your spam folder or junk folder if you haven't received the tracking email within one business day of placing your order.
Shipping to Canada
We recommend ordering from one of our Canadian distributors. If you choose to order directly from our website, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, international duty fees, import fees and taxes.

If there is not a distributor in your area, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please contact us for shipping options and pricing outside the USA and Canada. Please note there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Transfer of Title
Title to products shall pass to Purchaser upon Seller’s delivery of said products to a carrier at SHIPPING POINT. Such carrier shall be deemed to be acting for Purchaser and the merchandise will be thereafter at Purchaser’s risk.
Claims for Loss or Damage in Transit
Purchaser is responsible for inspection of merchandise on receipt from carrier. Loss or damage in transit should be noted on the freight bill and a claim filed by Purchaser against the carrier. Should the Purchaser find concealed loss or damage, he should immediately contact the carrier and initiate a claim procedure. Loss or damage of product does not alleviate Purchaser of payment terms obligation.
IKONICS®, manufacturer of Ikonart®, guarantees its products are free from defects and will replace, without charge, any material shown to our satisfaction to be defective at the time of sale. We must be notified within 30 days of purchase of any product defects or order issues. Materials are sold with the understanding that purchasers will independently determine the suitability of the materials for their purposes.
All returned products must be pre-approved by Ikonart® and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before any credit is given. To receive your RMA number, please contact us prior to returning the product.
Non-defective products must be returned up to 30 days of invoice date and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Order returns will not be accepted past 30 days after the invoice date.
All products shipped back to Ikonart® must be reasonably packaged and display the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ikonart® products that were erroneously shipped or defective will be issued a RMA number and will not incur service or shipping charges.
Product returned to Ikonart® for testing must have a RMA number. If it is determined defective, IKONICS® will replace the product or issue appropriate credit. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving an RMA number.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
