What is the Ikonart Loyalty Program?
The Ikonart Loyalty Program is designed to reward you for being a valued Ikonart customer. You can earn points by supporting Ikonart (follow us on social, place an order, spread the word about Ikonart, etc.) and then redeem those points for gifts or discounts on our website. The terms of the Ikonart Loyalty Program are subject to change at any time.
How do I sign up for the loyalty program?
When you create an account on our website, you are automatically enrolled in the Ikonart Loyalty Program. If you already have an account you are automatically enrolled in the program.
How do I access the loyalty program?
You can access the Ikonart Loyalty Program by clicking on the button in the lower right corner of the website that says "REWARDS". This will show you how many points you have, ways to earn more points, ways to redeem your points, your personal referral link, and how many people have used your referral link.
We currently have six ways for you to earn points. This is subject to change at any time.

When you are ready to redeem your points choose the reward you want and you will receive a coupon code. Use that coupon code at the time of checkout to redeem your points. We currently have six rewards to choose from. This is subject to change at any time.

I placed an order, but why didn't I earn any points?
You must be logged into your account to earn points. Your points will show up in your Ikonart Loyalty Program dashboard when the order ships and it is marked complete.
How does the referral link work?
Share your personal referral link with friends. When they make a purchase using your link they will receive 15% off their order. When their orders ships and is marked complete you will receive 1500 points.
Do previous orders that I placed before the program launched count towards my points?
We launched the Ikonart Loyalty Program on November 23, 2022. Any order placed before that date will not be eligible to earn points.
