I'm Tax Exempt - Why Am I Being Charged Tax?
Due to changes in state law, SAATI Advanced Chemicals LLC – parent company to Ikonart® Smart Screen Stencils – is required to charge sales tax on all shipments unless we have a current, signed tax exemption certificate on file.
If you are tax exempt on your purchases from Ikonart®, please send a signed tax exemption certificate to us via email or mail us a hard copy.
NOTE: If you have multiple offices, please send a certificate for each location.
Currently, our e-store system cannot handle tax exempt customers. We apologize for the inconvenience, but an issue with the integration between our e-store and tax calculation system prevents tax exemptions from being applied correctly at checkout. Our sales team will be happy to help you place your order directly and ensure your tax exemption is applied to your purchases. Thank you for your understanding.
