The IKONICS Corporation, manufacturer of IKONART, guarantees its products are free from defects and will replace, without charge, any material shown to our satisfaction to be defective at the time of sale. Materials are sold with the understanding that purchasers will independently determine the suitability of the materials for their purposes.
All returned products must be pre-approved by IKONART and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before any credit is given. To receive your RMA number, please contact us prior to returning the product.
Non-defective products must be returned up to 30 days of invoice date and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Order returns will not be accepted past 30 days after the invoice date.
All products shipped back to IKONART must be reasonably packaged and display the RMA number on the outside of the package. IKONART products that were erroneously shipped or defective will be issued a RMA number and will not incur service or shipping charges.
Product returned to IKONART for testing must have a RMA number. If it is determined defective, IKONICS will replace the product or issue appropriate credit. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving an RMA number.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
